Maura S. McCoy
Maura has a general civil litigation practice, including business, real property, employment and probate disputes.
Maura graduated from Gonzaga University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science in 2011, and Gonzaga University School of Law, graduating 2014 (cum laude). While in law school, Maura was a member of the Gonzaga Law Review, which published her article on, “Washington’s Flawed Reasoning in Denying Non-Dependent Parent’s Loss of Consortium Claims for Adult Children.”
Maura is a native of Tacoma. During law school, Maura interned at law firms in Tacoma and is excited to continue to build her practice in Pierce County. When not working, Maura enjoys cycling and running with her husband, Casey, spending time with her family, and cheering on the Zags during basketball season.
Maura joined Smith Alling in 2016.
