In our real estate practice we represent residential homeowners, developers, commercial owners, tenants, investors, lenders, and businesses in the acquisition, use, development, construction, financing, sale and or leasing of real property.
Many of our residential homeowner clients seek our advice and representation dealing with a variety of matters, which include timber trespass, simple trespass, nuisance, boundary line disputes, adverse possession, easements, easements by prescription, view issues, trespass by water, covenant enforcement and building rights. Further our office represents a number of homeowner associations and deals with CC&R disputes and bylaws disputes on a regular basis. Whether a fighting to enforce a lien or providing general counsel advice to a homeowners association our office can handle all issues related to the very common problem of homeowners association disputes.
Our office also handles condominium related litigation including lawsuits related to the construction or maintenance of a condominium, including condominium defect litigation.
Some lawyers in our office have spent years working as in house counsel for South Sound Developers and are familiar with traditional and condominium development requirements, zoning and the regulations associated with such areas of law.
